Ruger Introduces New SR1911

Yesterday, Ruger announced the new Target Model SR1911. The new design of this pistol introduces a classic look with modern advancements.

The Target Model differs from the Standard Model in a few ways. The Standard has hardwood grip panels while the Target has a deluxe checkered G-10 grip panel. The Target is the same width as the Standard but the sights are different. The Standard sights are Drift Adjustable Novak 3-Dot while the Target has Bomar-Style Adjustable sights. The weight, length and height of each is the same.
